Shipping policy

Our usual turnaround time for processing in-stock orders is 24 hours or less. Weekends, holidays and unusually high sales volumes may delay shipping. Online tracking is available to view from your account once shipped. 

Items described as Pre-Order will not ship until we receive them. Once received, we will ship to you within 48-hours and send tracking notification.

Unless requested otherwise, we will choose the most time and cost efficient shipping method to reach you.  If you have a specific preference for shipping provider or service, you can upgrade your shipping choice at checkout or contact us at anytime before your order is shipped.

Note: shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the COVID situation. These delays are outside of our control. Please allow extra time for your shipment to reach its destination.
